I think the apartments are 1 or 2 floors higher than the garage, right? Park Central is going to look awesome when those and both Creighton buildings are completed.

Expect a similar height hotel to face central as well, the density due to park central around midtown is going to really increase.

The "Paseo" is defined now between the long blocks which will be a huge improvement. but mostly just dirt moving so far.

Seems like most of the cranes got a bump this weekend while I was gone. Kennect, X, and AC are all taller.

How long were you gone? No cranes were raised this past weekend.

So, what is the crane report downtown now?

1. Kenect
2. Wexford
3. X a
4. X b
5. AC

And the 99% guaranteed soon-to-be:
6. Aspire Fillmore
7. Hines/Collier Center

Am I missing any? I can't remember a time with more cranes downtown at once. Of course, there are others in midtown and such, but I'm talking only right downtown.

McKinley Court. Not very tall, but counts. Also, expect a crane for Broadstone Portland soon. Also, the Filmore development.

If we are counting McKinley Court, then let's include Eco PHX as well. Last I heard, was supposed to break ground by this year!

Any indication that Palm Court is going to break ground by end of year? Maybe Bruder’s departure from PHX is an indication maybe not?

Doubtful this year. Although I have noticed the grass has been browning for 2 weeks and there are new paint markings all over the grass and sidewalk, I have seen this before and don't want to jump to any conclusion that it's an indication of anything happening. The last permit issued for Palm Court Tower was on 9/30 for a fire hydrant flow test.

Don’t forget The Battery as well. Getting overwhelming, this is so amazing.

That stretch from 3rd Ave/Fillmore to Roosevelt will look so different in the next 1-2 years. Pretty exciting.

Does anyone know what the current plan is for the historic Sergeant-Oldaker home on SEC of 3rd Ave and McKinley? Last I remember reading, the home/lot was on the market and the owner was willing to help relocate it somewhere else in the city if sold? Thanks for anyone that knows.

Here's a new preapp (1908625)...I can't tell if this is meant to be a new building for the site or if it is a conversion of the office building.

Plan Description TOWER III-3200 N CENTRAL
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:New multi-family high rise-342 dwelling units

It's Tower 3 on that development invariably filling the grassy lot. The 3200 tower is too full to gut.

Add another 1980s megablock development to get filled out.

I'm interested what CCBG comes up with for this site.
