I have been trying to figure this one out every time I go by this building. Although the original glazing on the tower appears to be in good condition it is the fact that the width of some glass panels on the main floor do no match the width of the panels of the blue glass above which makes me believe that they will be reglazing the entire building. At least I hope they do.

I hope something is happening, and I hope it is something new to the city. It is a good location. Even the old Earl's/Hickory building found a tenant after being vacant for several years.

Here's my guess: East Side Mario's, only because they had been looking to expand to Harbour Landing a couple of years ago.
Olive Garden might prove to be too tough, and similar, an opponent now.

Most buildings have glazing issues after about 25 years and need significant work. Also glass tech has advanced to make new windows have better energy performance.

Why not? I was jokingly referring to Moe's Tavern on The Simpsons.

Yes, I am aware of The Simpsons. But I will never not take a swipe at our pathetic premier.

Has the Regina Police moved into and renovated the previous Bus Terminal across the street from the head office?

I don't think they have done much renos yet, but they have moved into large parts of it.

I was told (by an officer during a ridealong last month) that they plan to build a connecting tunnel above-ground between the two buildings.

There is a huge-ass crane on Sask Drive today doing some work with the old Sears in the Cornwall. Also tons of duct work happening inside.

Yes they are spending about $20 million on renos. They need the pedway so officers don't get cold when they need to go to the former bus depot for donuts.

Nothing has been publicly disclosed on this for while. I do not recall seeing any building permits issued.

Must be moving around some big rooftop units.

I'm quite surprised that no one here actually knows what's going on there. Is Shoppers actually moving in there?

It appears something is going in the former Gap location at Cornwall; apologies if this has already been discussed on here.

As far as I know it is all office space mostly for SaskTel swing space as they renovate floor by floor in the Head Office Building.

Last I heard Shoppers wanted to move but did not want to pay for the cost of moving.

It's a leggings store. Kind of a gamble with Lululemon around the corner. I wish them all the best but I'm thinking that is not the goal for a long term tenant in that space. It takes up both the Gap and Gap Kids and appears to just sell women's leggings.
