I’m not saying it should be a six lane expressway in each direction, but this thing doesn’t even have a passing lane. So if I get stuck behind a slow moving vehicle, or some slow driver with nothing but time to waste, there’s no passing lane from North River until Bonshaw. It’s a step backwards, the road though Cornwall and Clyde River had several passing lanes.
