I wonder what kind of "entertainment tenants" they are talking about. Let's move the Ritz 5 here, knock down that building and build a tower there like Scannapieco originally wanted to. Nelson building can be used for something else.
That's... a great idea. That would totally change the dynamic of South Broad.
