It does, now. It didn't always. The former launch pattern for the 12, when it left Blair westbound by first doing a quick jog east out of the station towards Ogilvie, provided better service. (And more comfortable; for flip's sake can we stop putting speedbumps on asphalt surfaces used by transit buses?)

So after five years of the "optimized" 12 (2008-2013) then five years of Blair LRT disruption (2014-2019), after another five years of Phase II construction, and maybe some begging and pleading, route 12 might finally be restored to the same levels of convenience of transfer at Blair in the mid-2020s?
Only to now be 8 minutes slower on its route thanks to the stupidity of the Montreal Road project?
