This is not complaining , just a discussion. Trying to reason the rationale of selecting retailers. The Sears store would have been a perfect location for a full size grocery store, yet it becomes a Tesla. How often does shopping mall include car dealership? Now that the lease is signed which means that location will not be freed up for a number of years. Just because a merchant wants in does not necessarily mean they should be included. It has to meet the criteria of a livable community. In order for the project to succeed , there need to be elements to attract future buyers. Do you think buyers will be jumping up and down because there is an upscale car dealership in the mall? On the other hand if phase one already has grocery store; upscale restaurants for people to actually wine and dine. This would attract future buyers. Again not arguing , just a discussion.
