Someone posted a while back that the Lululemon / Crossroads space may not be feasible or may be too expensive.
What we inferred that to mean is that the Broadway City Hall platform for the Broadway Subway may be located
wholly east of Cambie Street - so the entrance at Crossroads, being west of Cambie, would require a passage under the Canada Line tunnels to reach the new platform.
An Oak station in the block east of Oak (at Laurel) also aligns with a Cambie station shifted to the east as well.
So if the Crossroads entrance were to be used, it would just access the Canada Line station, without direct access to the new Broadway Subway station - and could be considered out-of-scope for the Broadway Subway (even if it increases overall station circulation).
