The Osgoode pathway always ended at Leitrim (northbound)-correct. Stage 2 uses a fair bit of the Osgoode Pathway from Leitrim sotuhbound to just south of Earl Armstrong. That whole section is currently closed probably at least until construction is done if not permanently.
