It's funny how it grew little by little over many years then all of a sudden exploded with several simultaneous projects.

Looks like all the master plans just show bus transit in that area. But surely with the increasing density and congestion there could easily be a rail line on the west side. 1) Omni/WCC, 2) WCC North/Aquarium/Cent. Park, 3) North Ave/GA Tech/Coca-Cola, 4) N. Tech/10th, 5) 14th Street, then eventually up to Cobb. You can actually see the old tunnel where the NW branch was suppose to come out by the big peach at the connector and go up 75, they could just shift it over more west into west midtown and up that whole industrial west midtown corridor and transform those, hit 285 up by HomeDepot/Vinings and then back to 75 at Cumberland Mall, Battery, then on up 75.

Probably more like 29 market rate apartments. Today is the first first Midtown DRC meeting in 6 months? We were smoking there for a while.

29 apartments? That's about 1.4 units per floor.

Whoops, I was reading too quickly, normally they say including x below market rate apartments, they just put 299 market rate, which if they didn't distinguish non-market rate, anyway, it was early.

Old 4th Ward is killing it. Is there a neighborhood that has changed more in the last few years?

Nice photo! Are you sure it is topped out? Floors don’t seem to match the rendering. Feels like there will be more added?

The construction company seems to think so.
