Lol, he’s not that bad, a little sanctimonious, but I think he’s just having his fun. Couldn’t have been easy seeing the stats of his beloved airport below YYC’s numbers for a year... Found himself having to say “Yeah, but...” a whole lot of times in justification posts. Thankfully, for YUL, the economy went to shit here (aided and abetted by provincial AND federal election results) which paved the way for AC’s new focused strategy. It was only a matter of time before they did that anyway, in my opinion.
And AK, you’re being disingenuous of YYC’s 5% international growth because you’re deliberately failing to take into account the fact that there are much ballyhooed losses of service that needed to be made up for compared to 2018...
