Yup! High quality materials just drew me even more to this one.
That being said, my understanding of marble is that it is porous and does not fair well in freeze/thaw cycles over multiple years. Many choose high quality like-coloured granite, if they are considering long-term durability for buildings. In this case, at least they are going with rather thick marble, which does help.
Replacing the marble on first Canadian place was a difficult and expensive job.
