I drive by the tracks between Blair and St-Laurent twice a day, nearly everyday of the week. I generally never see trains on weekends or weekday mornings however, I see multiple trains (mostly singles) during the evening rush-hour.

That's true. I'd say Lyon and Parliament are better versions of the old stock Toronto and New York subway stations while Rideau is a step above Vancouver's Canada Line. Our stations are also superior to most of what we see in London's Underground.
