Yes. If the Gulch is built out according to plan, the perception of Atlanta's downtown (and all of Atlanta, for some visitors) should change immensely.
And Underground and South Downtown. I think South Downtown will be much more impactful to the "image" of downtown and will likely be realized much sooner than the Gulch.

That is some BS...Nashville is way too small and 0 transit. Atlanta checked most if not all of the requirements in the first place...
It's unlikely that Nashville can scale up to 25,000 new employees. Northern Virginia probably could take 50,000, but that would defeat the purpose of Amazon's claim of wanting to split HQ2 so as not to overwhelm one locale. It would make sense that they'd bump hiring a lot in their existing hub cities with NoVa being the true HQ2.
