Jan 3, 2019 Pictures:

^^^ Forming for the 10th floor going up.

^^^ Some new glass on the second floor. Looking at the sky through the glass shows (to me, anyway) very little tint. The lower ceilings appeared to have lots of frost on them... the higher ones not so much. Glad that's not my car in the center. It reminds me of the parking in NYC (lots of cars there have bumper pads installed).

^^^ Another angle

^^^ Closeup of condos on the SE corner. It looks to me like some of the black siding is already faded a bit. There is a lot of activity in the ground floor CRU. I am guessing it has been leased.

^^^ Steps in front of the condo entrance. Right now it looks a little austere.

^^^ Temporary parkade entrance.

I could be wrong but I'm guessing they do it this way to allow people the time and space to move in all their belongings in a relatively orderly fashion. It would be absolutely chaotic and impossible for everyone to move in at once with only two elevators.

Oddly, the East Tower page on Colliers with leasing information has been removed.

Doesn't the east tower's frame look a lot different than renders?

^^That's the earliest render. They've reworked the base quite nicely now.

Are you referring to the glass curtain wall structure at the South East corner? That may have been an early design concept. Looks like the concrete structure itself is the same.

Exactly. The floor plates still have the east and west halves "slide" past each other as the building rises. This results in sloped glazing on the north and south faces, as shown in the renderings.

My bad then. I thought the concrete looked like it didn't slant as much as the drawings, but you guys are right it definitely does. From the pictures I also thought it looked "stubby" with only 3 floors to go, but the top floor is extremely tall compared to the others so I guess we'll see... I haven't walked by it yet

A 16th floor condo for No1 River Landing is up for rent for $3,000 a month. Yikes that's downtown brand new Toronto/Vancouver highrise rent. https://www.kijiji.ca/v-short-term-renta...07006841?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true

It looks to me like that 16th floor unit for $3000/month also has no river view. Crazy.

Jan. 11 Pictures:

I tried to take a couple photos of the Nutrien Tower pit but I cannot see my screen in the sunlight. Its difficult to even review the photo gallery outdoors and my horrible eyesight does not help.

Anyway as it turns out I somehow was not actually getting the pictures I thought I was. But no matter.... the pit is a little deeper but other than that there is not a big change. There is only a single vantage point from the street into the pit (at least when they a working)

I did get a couple of pictures though:

^^^^ A little more glass up. Its hard to see but on the northeast corner of the tower can be seen some glass "leaning out" (as opposed to "leaning in" on the northwest side). I think there was also some visible in my previous update. The 10th floor has been poured and the 10th floor columns are up.

^^^^ Its been there for a while but the steel staircase frame in the lobby can be seen in this photo.

^^^^ They are taking down the condo construction elevator.

^^^^ I noticed what appear to be red lights on the corner of the condo.

Walked by the towers today for the first time in what feels like two months. That glass going up on the office tower is incredible! 13 stories is definitely a perfect height for that location.

The concept photos show the balcony glass as a stained glass. Does anyone know if that is still happening?
