It wasn't a secret they had big plans for the site. Trinity bought the property in February 2015 and had renders on their site showing two 50 storey and one 40 storey building on the property, with 1,100,000 sf of Office and Residential in the towers and 342,000 sf of Retail. LeBreton Flats proposals were submitted December 2015.
