Yes, but they seem slow compared to the Hub. They have 4 excavators on site but I rarely see more than 2 of them active at once. They started digging at almost the same time as the Hub, but while there's 2 cranes up there, they've yet to prepare a crane base here.

With this speed, they may take 4 years to finish...

Park George tower 1 supposed to be finished by 2022 too.

Great photos. I look down on this site but don't get the perspective your pics provide. That crane base is out of my site line too. Totally missed it.

They're starting to build vertically. I'll post pictures when the weather gets better.
