The excavation was definitely the worst though... and lasted for 8 months. That drilling sound.

I happen to live in the vicinity and what I can’t get over is the sound from the hedge cutters, it’s regular and it drives me nuts.

They (Concord) _probably_ started the naming with Park Place because it is near to Holland Park and they're simply keeping that "Park" name at the front because they can't really think too far outside the box, thus why most Concord towers look the same.

And yeah they couldn't secure the finances to finish the project, but luckily Concord came to the rescue. No credit should be given to the original Korean developers.

Park Boulevard looks to have quite a bit of digging to go.

Hub has way more dug out on a much larger site, and started later!

Doesn't look like part of Park George, but could be riparian area work for Park Ave.

What are they doing with the ponds? I guess they make it bigger so it can hold more retention water.

They also cut down few trees today.

I think/hope they are just grooming that area to make it more of a park. We look down at it from our unit in P.A. and it was often being used by scumbags to dump old furniture and mattresses and sometimes "campers".
Are the trees you're referring to the ones on the boulevard that had the protective barriers around them that they cut down anyway today?

As of today, the depth of PB site is twice as deep as King George Hub, and the digging still continues.

A new excavator arrived this morning (they took one away yesterday). It has a very long reaching boom so I'm thinking the final part of the dig is starting.

I don't know construction but I guess both PB and KGH sites are at the desired depth now and they are both flattening the rest of the site.
