Movie industry follows the tax incentives. It cares nothing about place. As soon as another place offers a better deal or the incentives dry up in Georgia, those jobs are gone. Additionally, while the incentives can provide a temporary boost in local economy, they can also cause a larger drain on local resources such as education funding.
