Does anyone know where silent film star Louise Brooks lived?
I came across several photographs of her- that were taken at her home, and in her backyard, in 1925.
I'll start with this one. (they get more interesting as I go along)
note the wrought iron lamp

I find the next two photos especially intriguing becase of the ornamental 'garden',
that was constructed around a small group of trees in her backyard.
I don't believe I have ever seen anything quite like it.
It's almost like a little stage.

If you ask me
(and you didn't), the poor trees seem a bit confined. I wonder if something like this is detrimental to the trees? (Yoo Hoo,
odinthor)
This one is my favorite. A regal spot for a photograph.

If we're able to figure out where she lived [at least in 1925], I thought it'd be fun to to snoop around the property [via google_earth] and see if this strange garden feature is still intact.
