The streetfront? No worse than the rest of the city; the east corners could use a redevelopment, but that's got nothing to do with the street itself.
If we're talking about the intersection, that's not
anything-friendly, because it's way too busy. What it needs is a pedestrian scramble.

Fixed. Bikers already have 10th. Good point about the trees, but I'm not sure how tables and umbrellas add anything to Broadway.
