Announcement date fails aside, hopefully the unbreakable AT&T building lease turns out to be true, though. I agreed that it was all over, if it's true, and I got called physically ugly for agreeing that it would be the smoking gun.

Hi, sorry I'm new here but why has everyone ruled out Norfolk Southern as being the party behind the AT&T building lease?
Norfolk Southern has announced that they're moving their HQ to Atlanta. And they've stated they want to make their HQ in Midtown.
Is there any reason why 675 Peachtree isn't also just a move by Norfolk Southern?
