Deloitte got signage and likely naming. They took the anchor position and top of tower.
Allied/Westbank would never give up naming and signage to a subleaser of offices like Spaces in a new build either.

Spaces is well funded and has a much better balance sheet than WeWork. No one is recession-proof but Regus/Spaces has a much better chance of surviving one as it stands today.
