In addition to my earlier post, and to all of our eagle-eyed forumers, please throw out what additional changes, adds, removals, name changes, height updates, etc, need to be done to pg 1 right now, format modifications aside.

Thank you so much for the updates. All of us realize it is a lot of work. And certainly, no one thinks it's your responsibility. You're doing it because you're a great forumer who cares about this site, and the Chicago subforum. And I don't think it needs monthly updates. But at least we have the big proposals now on pg1.

So whats going on next door to 145 wells? Is it a complete renovation, buisness to apartments, or just exterior aka windows and brick?

It appears it's a residential conversion. Permit from December of 2017: Second floor through eighth floor building conversion from office space to 36 residential units at existing eight story masonry building. remove and replace existing elevator at the same location, as per plans.

Yep, drove through some of those storms through Wisconsin and northern Illinois on Sunday(the whole weekend was a mess). Storm driving is exhausting!
