I'm sure i'm missing some other big names.... who else is out there?
Does anyone think David Taylor will make a comeback and get back into it?

Without a doubt Kolokotronis and Miry are the leading developers. They are building a plethora of multihousing developments. Also, CFY, Mohanna, and Friedman are helping out, especially Mohanna who I think will emerge out of the three to be a prominent developer with SKK and Miry because she is the one who is taking the risk and building her at the cost of parking and smaller units.
With Friedman, it's a mix. Yes, Friedman has that humungous urban project in West Sac with TBD, but they are building it out so slowly (at this rate it'll take a few decades to build out imo) and he doesn't have a huge presence other than TBD. CFY is still there but they haven't proposed anything in a while (likely due to Ali's death) so it might be a while until they will be back on the radar while they regroup.
David Taylor. Lol no offense to him but he's been out of the Sacramento scene for a long time and I don't see him returning, especially since he sold US Bank and didn't build Aura (site was sold to Shorenstein). So no I think he is done for good but who knows.
You forgot Saca but he shouldn't be mentioned until he gets his new Metropolitan proposal built out, and even still he needed Kolokotronis's help.
