Again Tuesday's Breaking News is not a tech company. With that said, given the nature of the business and the size of the investment I would rate it a solid 9.

Please - No more questions on the subject.

Just one more question: what company is it?

That hotel rendering at the GWCC is stunning! I also think it's really cool that they're including an event space at the top of the ThyssenKrupp tower. Great use of the height and views.

Even if this all comes to nothing (not saying it will bc A3000 has always been pretty credible), it's kind of fun to have a hype man like Atlanta3000 around here.

Personally, I thought the ask of what part of town it would be in was a pretty reasonable, fun and non intrusive thing to ask.

Statement not question, O wise and gracious Atlanta 3000.... I hope you'll reconsider just this once given this final hot July weekend your many admirers face

Or Volkswagen's HQ, or Anthem's HQ, etc.

It could be a number of things.

A guess at Tuesday’s News

Just a guess, posssibly either McKesson moving completely out of Cali or Johnson & Johnson moving out of Jersey to the ATL!!

On another note.. really looking forward to the day 1125 or 1105 move dirt.. From the lyrics of Future’s 2017 hit.. Midtown is about to rise to a “Nu Level”!!!

Star Metals Groundbreaking

https://atlanta.curbed.com/2018/7/27/17623188/star-metals-residences-offices-construction

According to the article, “Construction has begun on Star Metals’s residential phase, and site work is expected to launch on the office component the first week of August.” Does anyone have confirmation that construction has actually begun on the residential portion?

A couple days ago people mentioned heavy equipment on site. Not sure if that was the apartments or office component.

West midtown, old fourth ward, and buckhead triangle are the three areas of the city we really need to make sure we’re improving transportation services, even if it’s just increased bus frequency to other neighborhoods/job centers.
