Do we have any idea what is eventually to be done with the northwest corner of Howard & Main; the part of the block NOT occupied by Park Tower? I was down there today and it's a much bigger site than I remembered it being. It can't just sit vacant as everything around it becomes a tower, but I don't recall any specific proposals for it.

Incidentally, I also walked by the Oceanwide site and it really looks like the Malcolm folks are winding up and everybody's getting ready to dig. In fact, while I was there they were digging a small hole in the middle of the site but I couldn't tell why.
