Heck, this tower went from being a 870' building to the possibility of being a 75-story, 1000+ ft. tower...back down to a 842' building (supposedly due to the friggin' FAA).
Bottom line...Austin is getting a structure that will place it in third place in Texas regarding height...behind Houston & Dallas respectively.

Didn't misunderstand you, just sharing the dream. In no way did I think you thought it would happen, I just tagged your post as my platform to give my person opinion. And btw, I enjoy your input being one of the few from outside of Austin area posting on the Austin thread and coming from a city, San Antonio, that is my second favorite city in TX. I love visiting SA and in fact will be down there for a few days in June and very much looking forward to it. Its awesome to hear you cheer us on.
