1180 is 41 stories and 657 feet (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1180_Peachtree) granted it has a very large crown....

IMO that has more to do with who’s managing the leasing of those retail spaces in 1065 and 1075 Peachtree and back on Crescent Ave. Viewpoint, Metropolis, Alta Midtown and Plaza Midtown seem to be doing just fine for the most part.

1125 Peachtree Height

This is from a Tweet I sent to the ABC writer.

So if we add the crown and spire, I think it could easily top 700 feet.

It's an older rendering. The one that everyone saw yesterday is updated.

The building appears to be 43 floors of inhabited space topped by 3 floors of screening, not 51. In which case the less that 600' number sounds more reasonable. This thing is likely to change a bit before construction-- though the SAP filing is a big step.

I love the idea of the Ritz-Carlton logo gracing the Midtown skyline. Can't wait to see how this one shapes up.

You are pretty much right I counted 44 floors 3 screening floors which is obviously the crown my estimated height not including the spear is 615 ft

Any movement at 1105 Peachtree? Aren't they further along in the process?

The city is on the verge of issuing the land development permit.

You're going to need to clarify 1105 WEST Peachtree when inquiring about the Selig project on West Peachtree.

The recently-announced "51-story" Selig Tower that the ABC just announced sits on the block that would contain the address for 1105 Peachtree Street as well. (Not confusing at all, Selig)

Pretty sure I saw the crane up for the student tower downtown while on my way to the airport two weekends ago, but did not see if it was above ground yet or not.

https://www.seattletimes.com/business/am...ile-city-council-considers-business-tax/

Yet another interesting story about Amazon and the taxes they are facing in Seattle, clearly that is a big issue for them in Seattle especially as this city tax would take shape.

Interesting as ATL would seem to be a good pro-business compared to some of the other options out there.

Even though I knew where the project was located, it took me forever to find the crane (generally centered on the right half of the screen). Thanks for the share!

Also, went by Hanover West Peachtree and 1/4 of the sidewalk was open and looks FANTASTIC. They touched up the wood paneling so all of it is now the same color, a mix of the steel color and dark brown (wood) will go great with all the retail they're bringing to 10th street.
