Isnt there supposed to be a slight curve in the update? as per the EPL's website

I agree. With a line down Whyte Avenue and a stop there - that would
provide exceptional connectivity and help stimulate the developer to move forward with a solid design and quality building materials. Mortuard have deep pockets and we need to motivate them.

Morguard has likely got more problems than just motivation. They just lost a couple of very large developments in Edmonton to another investment/development manager because of failure to execute in a timely manner by Morguard. They are anything but on an upward track these days.

Artist Tower update: I was at Executive Committee yesterday and they were prioritized by the Province, but it didn't receive funding, so they were asked to go back and look at a variety of options, priv/pub, less parking, podium options etc. A report to come back this fall.
