For sure. The "Free on Weekends" text is very small the signs for some private lots that are free, don't even say it at all.

I had limited my scope to lots in or close to the CBD, but that is good to know. It is only a block from the ByWard Market Garage so likely worth the $3 savings and it is probably easier to get in and out of.
