Right but the comment from lrt's friend about this new Cardel/Claridge/Richcraft/Urbandale/HN development extending further south than the original CDP is not new & has not changed. The CDPs since at least 2010 have shown residential between River & Spratt all the way down to Rideau.

So much residential & no space for even a single convenience store. All those people will have to drive 10 minutes just to grab a bag of milk. The streets particularly in the south west corner have no quick connection to a main street.. it's almost labyrinth like.
