If Colorado misses the playoffs there is no reason to give it to MacKinnon over McDavid.
Hall probably wins it. There's no question McDavid is a more valuable player to any given team, but results speak for themselves. Without Hall, the Devils are probably contending for a lottery pick again. He has dragged them kicking and screaming into a playoff spot.
