These guys are going big! Here are the totals for the two projects:

270,000 square feet of commercial/retail
710,000 square feet of office
280 hotel rooms
40 townhomes
1,465 multifamily units

The Echo Street project sits on both sides of Echo St immediately to the Northwest of where Northside Drive crosses the railroad tracks before intersecting with Hollowell.

Looks like they are mostly suburban strip mall developers, similar to the WRS folks who bought Underground Atlanta. Nothing on their website indicates to me they have experience with dense urban mixed-use projects.

yeah - and that's awesome to see! a new district being born before our eyes.

ideal: just keep hemming in the connector with development on both sides until the value of the land it sits on is too high to keep it exposed.

^Something the worries me is I've never seen a rendering of the other facades. Anybody have these? I'm guessing the east facing façade is a blank wall.
