There have been people complaining. Anytime there's a line being planned for
anywhere in the region, two types of people make an appearance:
1) the nimbys screaming 'not in my backyard' vs
2) the people who complain about it not being in their area so why should they pay anything towards it
Those people then complain about any upgrades done to the line and the stations. Anything beyond the bare minimum gets branded as waste.
