I saw the groundbreaking ceremony on the news.
Raymond Louie represented City Hall I guess and touted the need for high tech office space -
notwithstanding that this site is in the middle of nowhere wrt rapid transit and no high profile high tech offices nearby I don't think?

What, do Quorum have a reputation in the industry for very slow development? This indeed does seem to have taken a very long time, but I have no idea if it's down to the consttruction team or financing or city hall or bureaucracy. Would be interested to hear what's the hold-up.
