I think Modello has some surface (visitor?) parking. The other towers have a few loading zones and generous driveways that are a bit suburban. The most important thing is that there is a solid streetwall along Beresford Street.

In terms of functionality, having a courtyard with an ample pick-up and drop off area where someone can wait in their car while you come down or off load stuff is great.

Few more from last Sunday. The row of towers is starting to look impressive.

Crazy to think what that area looked like just 30 years ago.

The Rize website has a rendering without the goldfish

Tower 1 is almost topped out and second one is moving along nicely as well. Final update from this angle.

Thanks for the pics!

Odd that there's no glass installed on the shorter tower yet.

Gold House is in the background -
Has the taller tower (40 storeys to MetroPlace's 46 storeys) topped out?

Just a small correction that Metroplace has 46 real floors above the ground but ceiling heights on all floors other than penthouses is low. That's why it is not as tall as you might expect based on floor count.

Thanks for the update. I was skeptical at first, but this is actually looking like it could be good. The wrap-around balconies prevent the facade from being dominated by the gold glazing, and the protruding brackets create a nice rhythm.

The building looks great. Would anyone happen to know when it’s projected to be completed?
