Already having gone down the road of wooing Amazon, it would take little to tweak presentations for Apple. Things are still a bit too vague, however. Apple hasn't issued any RFP and nobody's ready to make a pitch or offer a financial package based on no information other than an expressed intention.

I thought the exact same thing. Truly ridiculous. Philadelphia far closer to EVERY Ivy than Seattle is to ANY of the schools mentioned (not to mention the other fine schools on the East Coast and Midwest). Then again, so are Boston, New York, D.C., and Pittsburgh.

Great idea for the future. Having crown lighting that could change color would most likely require a complete change over, not just adding filters or bulbs. Hopefully changeable colors is something that's in the works for Comcast II

If Comcast can have the largest LED display screen in its lobby in the CC. LED lighting systems on its crown should be no problem and now can be programmed to display different colors or combinations of colors to illuminate crowns/spires/lanterns/whatnot and are controlled by manipulations on a computer. No more changing out lenses or bulbs to get the desired effect.

As long as a nice mix of historic low and mid-rises and churches are maintained, I'm down. This corner property, which stretches all the way back to Sansom is a good candidate for a tower.

Yea, until some preservationist tries to argue that George Washington's great granddaughter's roommate's boyfriend crop dusted on the site and therefore the building must be protected.
