Damn, Burnaby keeps delivering! I love seeing more density going up around Wilson Street, as those few blocks are currently a dump. Nice to see another 42-floor tower go up next to Aldynne, although I hope the new one will look better and is taller than Aldynne.
The Intracorp project is split between two sites, so I would think neither of the two towers will be as tall as anything along Beresford? I would expect to see 20-30 floor towers at these locations, which will be perfect scale and transition from Beresford. Already Sun Tower 2 and Gold House 2 are in that scale, so I would assume something similar.
I am really confused by the 2152 & 2172 Douglas Road project which calls for a 147-meter tower. Is the map indicating its location wrong, as on the map the tower would be south of Hwy 1 at the intersection of Canada Way / Gilmore which makes no sense.
