Those are some well made and informative videos.

I still feel that much of this can be done retaining at least one of the viaducts, but if this plan comes together as shown now (the more interesting aspects are not deleted / simplified later on) then I will like the area. Still concerned about traffic though.

Another concern I have it who is going to maintain all of this? All these green spaces on towers look great on paper but these are many micro-parks to maintain...
