I can't help but wonder if the architect or engineer who designed it is getting sued. For those who don't know, both parts of masonry wall on the east side of the building blew down in the spring. The masonry blocks subsequently punched some pretty good sized holes in the neighbouring buildings. Somebody screwed up good.
The thing that bugged me the most is that the street was closed for something like 2 months after. What a pain.
The neighbouring buildings also still haven't been fixed.
