Well I guess the One Water Street's and Riverwalk's is all we will get. I really get annoyed with the Philly mindset -- well we aren't Chicago or NYC (or SF, or Toronto, or Boston) excuse. Let's see a developer have some balls... PMC has the money to do something cool, they own damn near every other apt building in Center City. They don't care about design, hell they didn't even show up at the second CDR meeting. but hey-- it's not my money.
