Remember that day very well. When my father came to Edmonton in the 50s he worked there. The Architect John MacDonald had an office there.

My Aunt Marge took us there all the time.

Now that was a great Saturday afternoon at Zellers for a 8 year old.

The small lot to the north is owned with the parking lot to the north of that, so it's not really making that little lot more difficult to redevelop.

The east half of this lot is tiny enough, It's as small as any orphan lots left after this project is completed.

oddly, the east half as outlined seems to operate as a single impark lot with the vacant lot to the south. Maybe it will be included?

Does anyone know much about Langham? Any hope that they will up the quality on this product vs Icon and Fox? Maybe eliminate their signature stucco commitment?? This is a very visible lot from the South and deserves a top end product.
