I think that's key. I'd love for a 200m to go up there but only if it made sense and it didnt prevent maybe 3 other parking lots in downtown from being filled. Look at KR (now Enbridge tower?) it's not the tallest, but it has got to arguably be the nicest building in downtown right now. I think most of us would take a building like KR over a dull high-rise at 200m.
I'll wager that whatever goes up there will be somewhere between 125-150m and I have no problem with that.

In scale, these lots are the same as Icon I/Icon II
Does anyone know much about Langham? Any hope that they will up the quality on this product vs Icon and Fox? Maybe eliminate their signature stucco commitment?? This is a very visible lot from the South and deserves a top end product.
