Hopefully Ivanhoe Cambridge will retain some sizeable retail north of 104th and maybe even include an office tower, given the LRT proximity.

I've been looking to see if they've released any info and all I could find is what's already been done to the mall. The main part of the mall (south of 104th) was renovated fairly recently - I doubt they'll do much there aside from maybe building up the parking lots.
The walkway over 104th is their 'living wall' and apparently the largest one in N America so I doubt they'll do anything to hurt that. But the section north of 104 (which looks to only have Sears and a liquor store) - now that's ripe for redevelopment. I could easily see them putting in multiple towers. With all that surface parking it's comparable in size to the planned Georgetown development at King George and 102nd.
