Yet another student housing project could break ground in January. This one slipped under the radar.

Developer Peak Campus plans to start construction early next year on a 180-unit student housing project next to Georgia Tech and the Path Parkway.
The two-acre site, currently made up of low-rise commercial buildings, sits along Marietta and Boss Streets. The buildings will be demolished.
The project will also include 10,000 square feet of retail.
