I actually think Tokyo is most likely. Hong Kong and Shanghai could follow if Tokyo out performs. Mexico City would be nice.

Outside of Los Angeles and Tokyo, American also flies
Dallas - Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul
Chicago - Beijing, Shanghai
From a connection standpoint, Philadelphia does not offer a great deal of better routings than Dallas, Chicago, and Los Angeles already offer. So PHL remains an untested / unproven market. If for some reason there is a ton of pent up demand like there was at BOS and once one carrier succeeds they all jump in, then who knows.
