My preference would be the previous design. They both are generic but, it feels more urban from my perspective. Suburban Toronto is chock full of cheap PoMo inspired towers like the current design.

I agree though, previous design is better.

Worked with Broccolini on quite a few jobs the last few years. Always found them good to work with.

They are venturing down into the Toronto market the last few years.
