That's what I was thinking. Without any mechanical penthouse it would have to be.

That's kind of annoying for future tenants. They have to navigate through 4 commercial floors and then what, ride an escalator to the 5th for their residential elevator? Is there a handi-cap elevator to get to the 5th? When I show up to my apartment block, I want to enter my lobby and head straight on up and not have to transfer elevators to get home.

Wouldn't the residential elevators run right down to the lobby? I'd be surprised if they made residents transfer elevators in a 25 storey building.

Same, but that slab on the fourth floor appeared to go right across the core.

It's all confusing. There doesn't appear to be any doors for the elevator in that core wall. Theres a small man door I can see on both sides.

There did appear to be an opening at the south side, with that core.

Maybe we'll see some renderings or floor plans come out for the apartment tower soon. Hasn't been much word on that end.

This live webcam might provide a good shot of TNS rising in the skyline. I guess Tower 1 will appear around the same height as the Holiday Towers and Tower 2 about the same height as MB Hyrdo minus solar chimney/mechanical.

Even worse than no elevator is the 3, 4, and 5 year lease commitments.

They think this is NHL season tickets?? haha

Really though, I would have to think the elevator issue is really a non issue. There should be elevators for the residential part that start at the main floor, stop at probably level 2 for the skywalk, then skip the office floors and continue on at level 4/5 or whatever it is.
