Those units start at 465 sq ft, which is 165 sq ft larger than most of the Vancouver/Hong Kong-style micro units currently planned for the Lower Mainland and Manhattan... still the rough breakdown would be $465/sq ft.
What if anything could be done to bring that cost down? Just curious to know what the biggest cost breakdowns would be and if anything could be done to lower the price point, as you see as a construction trend in the US post 2008...
