Density in those towns?
OakBank has town sprawl like never before.
Oakbluff is eating up farm land like crazy.
Lasalle is eating up farmland like never in its history
St Adophe has expanded to the east and south dramatically in the last two years.
Niberville is getting to the point of a small city the way it's spreading southwards.
IDC and Loretta are the only two that are not sprawling.
And the majority of all the new owners of their $500k plus homes are from Winnipeg.
