Delayed for years now? Come on. This isn't a few months here.
Having TNS going up makes it harder for SLy city to fill what's left. If I was a condo buyer I'd go to TNS as it's actually getting built. Look at the poor saps at DCondo. They were suppose to be living in their condo already.
If it gets built. IF. It will not be 45 plus stories. It will be scaled way way back and be another stucco dream palace.
